Art Director and brains behind the business, Kay, wears many hats at ES Hair & Beauty.

On the salon floor, she loves creating styles and colours bespoke to her clients, drawing inspiration from her mum and mentor Elaine and, of course, the rest of the team.

Crucially behind the scenes Kay makes sure all the numbers add up, oversees all the team’s one-to-one sessions and is always looking for new ways to grow the salon business in innovative and profitable ways.
